When: Thursday 21st, Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd September 2017
What: BogFest

A joint celebration of our iconic uplands and brilliant blanket bogs hosted by the Moors for the Future Partnership and the IUCN UK Peatland Programme. The conference will provide an opportunity to connect with people working on upland and lowland peatland restoration, clough woodland regeneration and upland meadows.

BogFest will provide a chance to share ideas and expertise with other land managers, scientists and conservation practitioners to join the dots between the ecosystem services these habitats provide.

Where: Edale, Peak District, Derbyshire

The location in the heart of the Peak District National Park and South Pennines Special Area of Conservation affords a unique opportunity to engage directly with locations and sites in protected landscapes, and to discuss how we move forward in protecting these places in a post-Brexit world.
Please save the dates in your diary for BogFest 2017.
